Built and streamlined processes, removed blockers, and organised key ceremonies for a team of 8 designers across 5 retail-facing product areas, ensuring high-quality design delivery on time and in alignment with cross-functional partners’ expectations.
Rolled out a new planning process that brought Design into road mapping earlier, reducing rework, increasing Engineering readiness, and speeding up average release timelines by 2 sprints.
Launched a monthly Design Showcase to give cross-functional leadership visibility into upcoming design work, alignment on UX decisions, and a forum to identify shared opportunities for future collaboration.

Curated and facilitated a hands-on design thinking workshop for over 100 college students at TMCF pitch competitions, in partnership with corporate sponsors including the NBA, Chevron, Molson Coors, and others.
Taught AI fundamentals and prompt engineering, helping students build ChatGPT-powered assistants trained in design thinking to boost efficiency and expose HBCU students with zero AI experience to real-world AI applications.
Developed and facilitated a Pitching 101 workshop to help first-time student pitchers communicate unique value propositions through clear, compelling storytelling emphasizing the human art of pitching that goes beyond what AI can replicate.
